Put yourself in my shoes, or let me step into yours…

Diversity is needed in life. Without it there would be no balance. Taking in account that we are human; we should firstly understand that our human right is choice. Our uniqueness accounts for a multitude of different influences and stimuli, which makes us react and experience life to the abilities of our understanding.

Now it gets quite complicated when you study the human condition. No person on earth is one hundred percent the same by physical design, nor by mental ability, upbringing or mental support. Then we also have to take outside influence into account, weather, parent’s approach, societies limiting judgement, unforeseen life events and programming when we were in our developmental years. This is actually the irony; we think our childhood predicts our future, but we don’t stop evolving and developing. We are human. Our cells, of which we comprise of, are constantly replaced, why should our ability to replace our beliefs or approach to life and people be different.

So, are we ever not evolving or changing? Physiologically no, spiritually also no, and when we mentally make the choice to embrace this, we evolve.

We think ourselves to be mature at a certain age, but in actual fact there is no such thing. We learn, we adapt, but the process of evolving won’t stop until the day that we die, the same as our bodies won’t stop regenerating itself until we die.

So, the sooner you learn not to resist uncomfortable life lessons presenting itself, in order to not feel the growing pains of redesigning yourself into a better version of your younger self, the sooner you will hit that sweet spot. A place where ego is lost and acceptance of the bigger picture; that we are all in this together to find peace at the end, by grace and understanding for each other, will embrace us.

Let go of this worldly pressure of fitting into egocentric importance and know that we are connected. When we understand we need to understand each other, with the patience and love we crave for ourselves, life may just be a little less complicated and a lot more rewarding.

It takes a collective choice to uplift and hold space for each other to cause the ripple effect of seeing the core of being human and to appreciate it’s beauty.
